Court Appointed Receiverships
Cobalt Property Management Group has built their knowledge base on Court Appointed Receivership and has the expertise and experience to secure and protect the asset both physically and financially. We have also been managing single and multi-tenant properties in the Central Oregon area since 1985. Our team of professionals is ready to assume control over the day to day issues that challenge many owners and landlords.
Services Provided
- Full Property Management Services
- Collection of all rents and Common Area Charges (CAMS) (past and present)
- Separate trust account in an FDIC or NCUA insured financial institution
- Receiver bonding (if required by the court)
- Review of all lease documentation for full compliance by tenant(s)
- Appointment of an attorney to advise receiver on any legal issues
- Full site assessment regarding deferred maintenance, insurance and safety issues
- Recommendations for ultimate disposition of the asset
